About Bank Account

1. List of Bank account

When you touch each row, it moves detail list of bank account (2.Detail list of bank account) and  when you touch Monthly button,  it moves Monthly list(3. Monthly list) and when you touch Modify button, it moves to Update account view(5.Update account).

6. Assets list

You can check out the balance of each bank account in Assets list.

7. Deposit

When you deposit money with cash, please insert income with deposit category. The decrement of cash will be created automatically.

When you withdraw money, please insert expense with Withdrawal category. The increase of cash will be created automatically.

9. Transfer money

Transfer money will create increase and decrement data.

About Credit Card

1. List of Credit card

When you touch each row, it moves detail list of credit card (2.Detail list of credit card) and  when you touch Monthly button,  it moves Monthly list(3. Monthly list) and when you touch Modify button, it moves to Update card view(5. Update card).

2.  Detail list of credit card

When you touch each row, it moves to detail. The blue button will showMonthly payment list of the card expense(3. Monthly payment list).

3. Monthly payment list

This is Monthly payment list of card expense.

4. Monthly list of credit card

When you touch each row it shows detail list of the month.

6.  Update Card

Basement date and payment date is important to make Monthly payment date.

7.  Main view

You can see monthly bill in the Main view if you select Card and Month.

8.  Assets List

You can see monthly sum of each credit card in the Assets list.

9.  Add Card Expense (Card Payment)

Use Card Payment category for card payment. You can choose Aggregation way of Card expense in settings. If you choose by-used-date, card expense will be aggregated on the used date. And if you choose by-paid-date, card payment will be aggregated on the paid date.

About Budget

1. Category & base budget

Golden Money make monthly budget automatically. Once you set base budget, the monthly budget will be created with the base budget when first data of each month is inserted.

2. Monthly budget list

This is monthly budget list and you can change the budget in the detail view.

3.  Budget vs Expense

This is Budget vs Expense. It shows monthly budget and income, expense, balance each month.

About Gold Money

1. Main view of  Gold Money

Main view shows list of money including cash and credit cards, bank accounts and shows daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reports. The balance shows total amount of money and when you touch the balance,  it will move to Total monthly  list.

2.  Total monthly  list

It shows total amount of monthly income and expense. It supports detail list of the month when you touch each row. The blue button of each row supports budget comparison list.

3. Calendar

You can see easily when your data exists with calendar.

4. Monthly detail list

This is monthly detail list which shows all expense and income of the month by date.

The blue button of the row supports monthly payment list of credit card expense.

5.  Monthly payment list of credit card expense

This is monthly payment list of credit card expense which is used in some countries only where installment plan of credit cards is used. See the section About credit card for more details.

6. Budget comparison list

This is Budget comparison list which shows monthly budget and monthly expense and income. See the section About budget for more details.

7.  Update Expense

You can update or delete information of expense in the Update Expense.

8. Add Expense

You can choose payment option with Cash or Credit cards or Bank Account. When you choose  a credit card,  installment plan is available to choose. It you does not use installment plan, please reset Installment plan set in settings not to use it.

9. Settings list

This is Settings List. You can add categories and set base budget in the Category & base budget.

10. Category & base budget

When you touch each row, it moves to detail view. Base budget will be used  when monthly budget will be created automatically every month. Monthly budget will be created when each first data of each month is inserted. See section About budget for more detail.

11. Budget vs Expense

This is Budget vs Expense which shows monthly budget and monthly expense and income.  It shows used amount of cash and credit cards, bank accounts.  See the section About budget for more details.

This is List by category.  It shows list by categories and supports monthly list and period list and total list. Each row supports it’s detail list.
